Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the dekwin.co website and the services provided by Dekwin, located in Ibrahimia, Alexandria, Egypt, registered under Commercial Register No. 358764 (Alexandria Investment Office) ("Dekwin", "we"). By using the website or ordering a service, you agree to them.

1. Our Services

Dekwin designs and builds business websites, online stores, WhatsApp automation (ChatLoop) and custom software such as mobile apps, ERP systems and AI integrations.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set in a written quote or agreement that we send you before work starts. If that document differs from these terms, the signed quote or agreement prevails.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are those published on our pricing page or written in your quote. Prices given by the chat assistant or in general guides are for information; the written quote is what binds us.

  • //Business website package and custom projects: 50% when the project starts and 50% on delivery.
  • //Online store: billed yearly, paid in advance. ChatLoop: billed monthly by plan, paid in advance, as shown on the pricing page.
  • //Optional third-party services, such as Google Workspace email, are billed separately at the provider's price.
  • //Work starts once the first payment is received. We may pause work or hand-over while a due payment remains unpaid.

3. Yearly Renewal

Websites and online stores include a yearly renewal that covers the domain, hosting, SSL certificate and routine maintenance. We remind you before the renewal date. If a renewal is not paid, hosting and the related services may be suspended after the due date; the domain stays registered in your name.

4. Your Domain and Accounts

The domain and hosting for your website are registered in your name and can be transferred to you, or to any provider you choose, at any time. On request we hand over the access details for the accounts that belong to you.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • //Provide the content, materials and approvals the project needs, on time. Delays in these extend the timeline accordingly.
  • //Make sure the content you give us (text, images, logos, product data) is yours to use and is lawful.
  • //Keep your account passwords safe and tell us if you think one has been exposed.

6. Changes and Revisions

Revisions within the agreed scope are included as described in your quote. Requests outside the agreed scope, such as new pages, features or integrations, are quoted separately before we start them.

7. Intellectual Property

Once you have paid in full, you own the website or software we build specifically for you, together with the content you provided. Until full payment, the work remains Dekwin's property.

Our own products and platforms (the commerce platform behind our online stores, ChatLoop, and our internal tools and libraries) remain Dekwin's property. Subscribing to them gives you the right to use them for as long as your subscription is active.

We may show completed work in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Third-Party Services

Some features depend on services we do not control, such as payment gateways, couriers, WhatsApp, the App Store and Google Play, Google Workspace and AI providers. Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, decisions or price changes.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel a project in writing at any time. Unless your quote says otherwise, the work completed up to the cancellation date is due, and any part of an advance payment that exceeds it is refunded. Yearly subscriptions and message packs already started are not refunded for the remaining period.

10. Website Content and the Chat Assistant

The guides and articles on this website are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. The chat assistant gives automated answers generated by AI; it can make mistakes, and nothing it says is a binding offer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dekwin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; failing that, the courts of Alexandria have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a quote or agreement you have already signed.
